Hi, I'm Claudia — it's such a pleasure to have you here!
I'm a certified parenting educator by the Positive Discipline Association and a specialist in holistic child development. I'm also mom of 2 children, and I’ve dedicated my journey to strengthening family bonds and supporting children’s emotional growth, especially within families living abroad.
In 2024, I co-authored the book “The Octopus with Colorful Legs” alongside Rafaela Furlan. Since then, I’ve been fostering the development of soft skills in children through story readings, workshops, and a special teacher’s guide designed for use in preschool classrooms.

I am a mother, entrepreneur, founding partner of IKME Corporate Training, writer, and professor of High Performance in the postgraduate program at UNICAMP.
I have worked for over 10 years in industries, where I went from trainee to leader of multicultural teams and Head of Commercial and Innovation areas across Latin America and Asia, and I have done business in more than 20 countries and 4 continents.
I hold a degree in Business Administration from FACAMP, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from UNICAMP, and a specialization in Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School. I specialize in soft skills for adults and children and am the creator of the children's podcast "Além dos Livros" (Beyond Books).
My passions: family, education, books, sports, and entrepreneurship.
